SmartDocs is a document workspace with AI-guided prompts and industry templates, organised around what state a document is in rather than which folder it was filed in.
A document library tells you where a file lives. It rarely tells you whether the version in front of you is the one that was agreed, which is the only question most people actually arrive with.

So every document carries its state in the list itself, not inside the file: Draft, In Review or Finalised, visible while scanning rather than after opening. AI-guided creation sits at the front of the same workspace rather than off to the side. Choosing a template and answering a few prompts produces the first draft, so the blank-page problem and the version problem get handled by the same tool instead of two.
Having to open a file to find out whether it's final is the failure mode of every shared drive, and it's the reason people keep a private copy of anything that actually matters to them.

Templates, AI-assisted drafting, status and sharing, working end to end. No team has lived with it long enough to say whether the three-state model actually holds up.
