Inside Out sell nine member benefits as one membership, delivered across five separate systems: WooCommerce, Discourse, an events calendar, a job board and WordPress. Nowhere showed a member the whole set.
Events, awards, training, articles, guides, recordings, perks, a job board and a forum each lived somewhere different. Eleven months later a renewal invoice would arrive, and the only record of what a member got was whatever they happened to remember.

I designed single sign-on across commerce, events, the job board and the forum, which replaced an external forum platform on the way through, alongside a benefit rail and a cross-format feed that pulled all nine into one signed-in hub. Most of the difficulty sat in the seams: what a member sees at each handover between the five systems, and separately what a non-member sees on a locked item, since those are different failures. A member hitting a login wall inside their own membership raises a support ticket. A non-member hitting a dead end is a lost sale.
Every card carries its own consumption state, Listen now, Watch now, then Watched with a progress dot. That's one stored field, and it has to survive across all five systems to be any use. Without it, a hub of forty items looks the same on the fortieth visit as it did on the first, and at renewal the member is back to remembering.

Single sign-on replaced the external forum platform and pulled nine benefits into one surface.
