InsightFlow sits in a live consultation. It holds the agenda, transcribes as the session runs, and keeps the structure on screen while someone is trying to have a conversation.

Notes split in two. Public notes are what the client sees, sorted into Action, Unblocked, Follow-up and Later. Private notes are the consultant's own read, and the client never sees them. Both come out of the same session, so the private read stops being written in a notebook and lost.

Afterwards every generated insight carries a confidence figure. Client engagement 92%. Meeting duration 78%. Client retention 51%.

The low ones are the reason to show any of them. A number stated flat asks to be believed. 51% asks to be checked, which is the right instruction for something a consultant is about to repeat to a client as fact.
