Feed
Feed brings task tracking, payments and travel for outsourced teams into one app. As Product Designer I designed it mobile-first, for people who run their part of a project from a phone.
The situation
Separate tools for one job
Outsourced teams tracked tasks in one tool, sent payments in another and booked travel somewhere else. Files went missing and messages crossed.
The brief was one platform that covered all of it.
Tasks
Projects, assignments and progress in one feed.
Payments
Paying people for the work, inside the same app.
Travel
Tickets for the trips the work needs.
Team collaboration
Comments, requests to join and shared files.
Mobile-first
The whole suite on a phone
The people using Feed run their part of a project from a phone, so I designed every screen at phone size first.
The feed carries the work as cards: a completed project, a request to join, hours logged and the people involved.

Payments and travel
Money and tickets in the same app
Social, Money and Travel are tabs at the top of the same app, so nobody leaves it to pay someone or book a train.
A ticket shows the route, date, class and barcode on one screen.

Where it is now
Designed and handed over
I handed Feed over as a complete mobile design, from the feed through to payments and travel.
