Products

Alongside client work I design and build my own products through ElliotLyons, my practice. Most are AI tools for jobs people already do at work: scoping a product, writing a report, assembling documents, running a live session. Each block below is the decision that defines one of them.

White-label content and membership platform

Every screen carries the agency's brand

A content and membership platform agencies run for their own clients. Name, colours, logo, favicon and typography are set per tenant, so the client never sees the vendor. Branding sits at the top level of the product rather than in a drawer inside Settings.

Live consultation tooling

Notes the client sees, and notes they do not

A copilot for live consultation sessions. Agenda, transcript and activity checklist sit in one view, with a public and a private note stream from the same session. Each AI insight states its own confidence, down to 51%.

Document orchestration, desktop and mobile

Documents that carry their own source

Contracts, proposals and invoices assembled from the systems a business already runs. Every item carries the record ID it came from, so an employment contract reads HR DB #1078, and a named reviewer approves it before anything is issued.

AI-assisted strategic reporting

Apply or ignore, never just applied

A reporting workspace that turns raw operational data into structured reports. The assistant proposes named changes with Apply and Ignore, and logs the ones you accept, so the finished document is one somebody can stand behind.

LearnTrust2025 to 2026
Learning and certification platform

A score that unlocks the material

An AI literacy platform where progress is a trust score rather than a completion percentage. The score opens a private vault, so the reward for progress is the material itself.

TalentFlow discovery feed on a phone held in one hand
TalentFlow2025 to 2026
Professional matching and discovery

One feed, three kinds of match

Profile discovery where a person, a project and an open role all carry the same match score and the same card. Only the action changes: Connect, or Apply.

SmartDocs homepage on a tablet: Welcome to SmartDocs, with recent documents and a status on every row
SmartDocs2025 to 2026
Document workspace

Status where you scan, not where you open

A document workspace with AI-guided drafting and industry templates. Draft, In Review and Finalised sit in the list itself, so nobody has to open a file to find out whether it is final.

Product scoping workspace

A brief that comes out testable

Six steps from industry to export, turning a product brief into requirements, flows and a working interface. The proposal and the technical specification export separately, because the person approving the budget and the person building it need different documents.

Analysis and document generation

Same findings, different reader

Four steps from raw input to an exported analysis. The refinements retarget the same key findings for a different audience rather than changing what the findings are.
