Notes the client sees, and notes they do not

InsightFlow is a copilot for live consultation sessions. It holds the agenda, transcribes the session, and keeps what the consultant records for the client separate from what they record for themselves.

A consultant in a live session is doing three jobs at once: running the agenda, capturing what was said, and forming a view about what it means. The third one loses, because it's the one you can't do while typing.

Notes split in two. Public notes are what the client sees, organised as Action, Unblocked, Follow-up and Later. Private notes are the consultant's own read, and the client never sees them. Both come out of the same session, which is what stops the private read being written in a notebook and lost. The session view itself puts the agenda, key objectives, the previous session and an activity checklist on one screen with a running timer, so a consultant can stay in the conversation rather than in their notes.

Afterwards, every AI-generated insight carries a confidence figure: client engagement at 92%, retention at 51%. The low ones are the point. An insight stated flatly asks to be believed. One carrying 51% asks to be checked, and checking is the correct instruction for something a consultant is about to repeat to a client as fact.

InsightFlow confidence scoring

Live transcription, structured notes and scored insights, working end to end. The confidence scores have never been checked against how a real session actually turned out.
